Abstract

Digital transformation in the government sector demands an information system architecture that is not only structured but also adaptive. In the context of national food security, the efficiency of data and information management is crucial for strategic institutions such as the National Food Agency. This study aims to design an Agile Enterprise Architecture (AEA) framework that enhances flexibility, efficiency, and responsiveness in information management at the National Food Agency. The research method employs an AEA approach tailored to the organization's needs. Data were collected through interviews with personnel at the Data and Information Center of the National Food Agency, focusing on the Food Security and Vulnerability Atlas (FSVA) application. The results of the study include an AEA framework for business architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture that is well-documented, adaptive, and ready to support the agency's digital transformation. This framework is expected to serve as a strategic solution in responding to policy dynamics, technological changes, and future food security challenges. The study also contributes both practically and theoretically to the application of AEA within the environment of the National Food Agency. Keywords: Agile Enterprise Architecture, Food Security, Information System, National Food Agency, Digital Transformation Transformasi digital di sektor pemerintahan menuntut adanya arsitektur sistem informasi yang tidak hanya terstruktur namun juga adaptif. Dalam konteks ketahanan pangan nasional, efisiensi pengelolaan data dan informasi menjadi krusial bagi lembaga strategis seperti Badan Pangan Nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang framework Agile Enterprise Architecture (AEA) yang mampu meningkatkan fleksibilitas, efisiensi, dan responsivitas dalam pengelolaan informasi di Badan Pangan Nasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan AEA dengan penyesuaian terhadap kebutuhan organisasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan personal di Pusat Data dan Informasi Badan Pangan Nasional dan fokus pada aplikasi Food Security and Vulnerebilty Atlas (FSVA). Hasil penelitian berupa framework AEA pada arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur teknologi yang bersifat dokumentatif, adaptif, dan siap digunakan untuk mendukung transformasi digital lembaga. Framework ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi strategis untuk menghadapi dinamika kebijakan, perubahan teknologi, serta tantangan ketahanan pangan di masa depan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi praktis dan teoritis dalam penerapan AEA di lingkungan instansi Badan Pangan Nasional.
