Abstract
This study aims to determine the role of gratitude and social support in teacher welfare among Honorary Teachers in Bogor Regency. This research approach uses quantitative with correlational methods conducted on 300 subjects obtained through Incidental Sampling Techniques. The measuring instruments used are the Gratitude Scale, Social Support Scale (SSS) and Teacher Welfare Scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive influence on the gratitude and social support variables in the teacher welfare variable, both partially and simultaneously. Gratitude contributes to the teacher welfare variable by 39,5% Social contribution support to the teacher welfare variable by 81% Simultaneously, gratitude and social contribution support are 81,6% and the remaining 17,4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kebersyukuran dan dukungan sosial dalam teacher well-being pada Guru Honorer di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional yang dilakukan pada 300 subjek yang diperoleh melalui Teknik Incidental Sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan Gratitude Scale, Social Support Scale (SSS) dan Teacher WellBeing Scale. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peranan yang signifikan secara positif pada variabel kebersyukuran dan dukungan sosial dalam variabel teacher well-being, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Kebersyukuran berkontribusi terhadap variabel teacher well-being sebesar 0.395% Dukungan sosial berkontribusi terhadap variabel teacher well-being sebesar 81% Secara simultan, kebersyukuran dan dukungan sosial berkontribusi 81,6% dan sisanya 17,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
