Abstract
This study aims to quantitatively analyze the relationship between worklife balance, job satisfaction, and tenure on employee performance, and identify the main factors that influence the dynamics of the relationship in the context of central banking. By integrating relevant theories and previous empirical studies, using a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 74 respondents selected through saturation sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a Likert-scale questionnaire, which has been tested for validity and reliability to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the results. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical techniques using SmartPLS as an analysis tool through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the analysis show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance by 9.881. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance by 2.149, but tenure was not found to have an effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kuantitatif hubungan antara work-life balance, kepuasan kerja, dan masa kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhi dinamika hubungan tersebut dalam konteks kebanksentralan. Dengan mengintegrasikan teori-teori relevan dan studi empiris sebelumnya, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 74 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik saturation sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner berskala Likert, yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya guna memastikan keakuratan dan konsistensi hasil. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik statistik menggunakan Smart-PLS sebagai alat analisis melalui Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sebesar 9,881. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sebesar 2,149, tetapi pada masa kerja tidak ditemukan pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.
