Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support, selfefficacy, and work stress on turnover intention at Hotel Novotel Bangka. The population and sample in this study consist of 49 employees of Hotel Novotel Bangka. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling method. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, and processed using SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.2. The results show that perceived organizational support has no significant effect on turnover intention, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and work stress also has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Perceived Organizational Support, Self-Efficacy, Work Stress, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support, self-efficacy, dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention pada Hotel Novotel Bangka. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 49 karyawan Hotel Novotel Bangka. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dan pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4.1.1.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
