Abstract
This study analyses the Implementation of the quality management system in the Light Rail Transit (LRT) Phase 1B project work on the Veledrome-Manggarai route spanning 6.4 km. The research employs Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods to analyze factors affecting quality management system implementation across four main work phases: borepile, pilecap, pier, and pierhead. Data were collected through structured questionnaires from 70 respondents comprising owners, contractors, and supervisory consultants. Results indicate that borepile work has the highest R² value (0.477), with material variables as the most dominant factor (path coefficient 0.294). The Fc 35Mpa concrete material indicator contributes most significantly (29%) to the quality management system. CSI analysis shows the highest stakeholder satisfaction level in pierhead work (90.88%) and lowest in pier work (79.78%). This research contributes to identifying critical factors in quality management systems for mass transportation infrastructure projects and provides a framework for quality performance evaluation in similar projects. Keywords: quality management system; Light Rail Transit; SEM-PLS; customer satisfaction index; transportation infrastructure Penelitian ini menganalisis pelaksanaan pekerjaan terhadap sistem manajemen mutu pengawasan pekerjaan pada proyek Light Rail Transit (LRT) Fase 1B dengan rute VeledromeManggarai sepanjang 6,4 km. Penelitian menggunakan metode Structural Equation ModelingPartial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan sistem manajemen mutu pada empat tahap pekerjaan utama: borepile, pilecap, pier, dan pierhead. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dari 70 responden yang terdiri dari ownerkonsultan pengawas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan borepile memiliki nilai R² tertinggi (0,477), dengan variabel bahan sebagai faktor paling dominan (path coefficient 0,294). Indikator material beton Fc 35Mpa memberikan kontribusi terbesar (29%) terhadap sistem manajemen mutu. Analisis CSI menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan stakeholder tertinggi pada pekerjaan pierhead (90,88%) dan terendah pada pekerjaan pier (79,78%). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mengidentifikasi faktor kritis sistem manajemen mutu pada proyek infrastruktur transportasi massal, serta menyediakan framework untuk evaluasi kinerja mutu pada proyek sejenis.
