Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of career development, job training, and workload on employee job satisfaction at PT. XYZ. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to permanent employees who were selected as the research sample, while secondary data were obtained through relevant literature reviews. The population of this study consists of all employees at PT. XYZ, with a total sample of 40 permanent employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job training also shows a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Likewise, workload has a positive and significant influence on employees’ job satisfaction. Keywords: job satisfaction, career development, job training, workload, job satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, pelatihan kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggabungkan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan tetap yang menjadi sampel penelitian, sedangkan data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur yang relevan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh karyawan PT. XYZ, dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh karyawan tetap sebanyak 40 orang dijadikan sampel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) yang diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Selain itu, pelatihan kerja juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Beban kerja pun terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
