Abstract

ThisstudyaimstoanalyzetheinfluenceoftheRealTimeCCTVSystem,Announcer, SafetyLeadershipProgram4.0,andworkenvironmentonOccupationalSafetyandHealth (OSH)culture,aswellasitsimpactonthepreventionofworkplaceaccidentsinconstruction projects.TheresearchmethodusedisaquantitativeapproachwithPartialLeastSquares StructuralEquationModeling(PLS-SEM)analysistechnique.Datawascollectedthrough questionnairesdistributedtorespondents attheconstructionprojectsiteandanalyzedto test validity,reliability, and relationships betweenvariablesinthe structuralmodel.The resultsindicatethattheSafetyLeadershipProgram4.0andtheworkenvironmenthavea significantinfluence onthe formation of OSHculture. Meanwhile, the Real-Time CCTV Systemshowedanearlysignificantinfluence,andtheAnnouncerdidnothaveasignificant influenceonOSHculture.Intermsofworkplaceaccidentprevention,theReal-TimeCCTV System,Announcer,andSafetyLeadershipProgram 4.0werefoundtohaveadirectand significantinfluence,whileOSHcultureandtheworkenvironmentdidnotshowasignificant directinfluence.Thesefindingsindicatethatatechnologicalapproachismoreeffectivein providingarapidresponsetopotentialhazards,whiletheformationofcultureandwork environmentrequirestimeandmoreintegratedstrategies.Thus,thisstudyconcludesthat the integration of technology, safety leadership, and a conducive work environment is crucial in creating a strong OSH culture and in reducing workplace accident risks sustainablyinconstructionprojects. Keywords:OHSculture,workplacesafety,RealTimeCCTV,SafetyLeadershipProgram 4.0,workenvironment,constructionproject Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Sistem Real Time CCTV, Announcer, Safety Leadership Program 4.0, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap budaya KeselamatandanKesehatanKerja(K3),sertadampaknyaterhadappencegahankecelakaan kerjadiproyekkonstruksi.Metodepenelitianyangdigunakanadalahpendekatankuantitatif denganteknikanalisisPartial Least Squares Structural EquationModeling (PLS-SEM). Datadikumpulkanmelaluikuesioner yangdisebarkankepadarespondendilokasiproyek konstruksidandianalisisuntukmengujivaliditas,reliabilitas,sertahubunganantarvariabel dalammodelstruktural.HasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwaSafetyLeadershipProgram 4.0danlingkungankerjamemilikipengaruhsignifikanterhadappembentukanbudayaK3. Sementaraitu,SistemRealTimeCCTVmenunjukkanpengaruhmendekatisignifikandan Announcer tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap budaya K3. Dalam hal pencegahan kecelakaankerja,SistemRealTimeCCTV,Announcer,danSafetyLeadershipProgram4.0 terbuktiberpengaruhsecaralangsungdansignifikan,sedangkanbudayaK3danlingkungan kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh langsung yang signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwapendekatanteknologilebihefektifdalammemberikanresponscepatterhadappotensi bahaya, sedangkan pembentukan budaya danlingkungan kerjamembutuhkan waktu dan strategi yang lebih terintegrasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasiantarateknologi,kepemimpinankeselamatan,danlingkungankerjayangkondusif sangat penting dalam menciptakan budaya K3 yang kuat dan dalam mengurangi risiko kecelakaankerjasecaraberkelanjutandiproyekkonstruksi.
