Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and explain the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on Indomie purchasing decisions in West Jakarta. The type of research used is a causal analysis method. The sample used was 155 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4.0 with a descriptive analysis technique. This study examines the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on Indomie purchasing decisions in West Jakarta. Although Indomie is dominant, the decline in sales and intense competition encourages an analysis of factors that influence consumer choices. Based on a review of the literature and previous research, a hypothesis is formulated that the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results show that product quality, price, and promotion positively and significantly influence Indomie purchasing decisions. It is concluded that good product quality, affordable prices, and effective promotions increase Indomie purchasing decisions. Practical suggestions are provided to improve taste quality, maintain competitive prices, optimize promotions, and ensure wide product availability. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian indomie di Jakarta Barat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kausal. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 155 responden dengan Teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0 dengan Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian Indomie di Jakarta Barat. Meskipun Indomie dominan, adanya penurunan penjualan dan persaingan ketat mendorong analisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pilihan konsumen. Berdasarkan tinjauan literatur dan penelitian terdahulu, dirumuskan hipotesis bahwa ketiga variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. hasil menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian Indomie. Disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk yang baik, harga yang terjangkau, dan promosi yang efektif meningkatkan keputusan pembelian Indomie. Saran praktis diberikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas rasa, menjaga harga kompetitif, mengoptimalkan promosi, dan memastikan ketersediaan produk yang luas.
