Abstract
This study discusses the influence of transformational leadership, compensation andjob satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through workmotivation as a mediating variable at PT NCS Jakarta. This study aims to determinewhether these variables have an influence on OCB behavior in PT. NCS Jakartaemployees. This study uses a quantitative approach with the data analysis methodStructural Equation Modeling (SEM) SmartPLS. The population is 482 employeesconsisting of 11 Divisions at PT. NCS Jakarta and the sampling technique is randomsampling with a total of 221 employees. Research data were collected throughquestionnaires. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership hasa significant positive effect on work motivation, transformational leadership does not affect OCB, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on work motivation, jobsatisfaction has a significant positive effect on OCB, compensation has a significant positive effect on work motivation, compensation has a significant positive effect onOCB, work motivation has a significant positive effect on OCB, work motivation isable to partially mediate the effect of compensation on OCB, work motivation is ableto partially mediate the effect of job satisfaction on OCB, and work motivation isunable to mediate the effect of transformational leadership on OCB. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT NCS Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel-variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruhterhadap perilaku OCB pada karyawan PT. NCS Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis datanya Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) SmartPLS. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 482 orang karyawan yang terdiri dari 11Divisi di PT. NCS Jakarta dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan random samplingdengan jumlah sebanyak 221 karyawan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bawah kepemimpinantransformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional tidak perngaruh terhadap OCB, kepuasan kerjaberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruhpositif signifikan terhadap OCB, kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadapmotivasi kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap OCB, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap OCB, motivasi kerja mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh kompensasi terhadap OCB, motivasi kerja mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB, dan motivasi kerja tidakmampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB.
