Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance in Larangan District. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through surveys and questionaries and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The tudy involved 55 civil servants in Larangan District, making it a saturated sample. The findings indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Moreove, work motivation also has a positive and significant impact on employee performance . Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, Work Motivation, Human Resources Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Larangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan kusioner, dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini melibatkan 55 pegawai Kecamatan Larangan, sehingga termasuk kedalam sampel jenuh. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Disiplin kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi kerja, Sumber Daya Manusia
