Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on the Performance of Public Facility and Infrastructure Handling Officers (PPSU) in XYZ Village. This research is quantitative, using both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to a predetermined sample of public facility and infrastructure handling officers (PPSU) in XYZ Village. Secondary data obtained performance data of the public facility and infrastructure handling officers (PPSU) in XYZ Village. The population of this research comprises all contract employees in XYZ Village. The sample used in this research was 78 respondents, The sampling technique using is saturated sample. The data analysis method employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with data processing using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software version 4.0. The research results show that the variable of organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Studi pada Pegawai PPSU Kelurahan XYZ). Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada sampel yang telah ditentukan yaitu pegawai penanganan prasarana dan sarana umum (PPSU) Kelurahan XYZ. Sedangkan data sekunder yang peneliti dapat dari instansi adalah data kinerja pegawai penanganan prasarana dan sarana umum (PPSU) Kelurahan XYZ. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PPSU Kelurahan XYZ. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 78 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sample jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan pengolahan data menggunakan software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai
