Abstract
As social media develops in the digital era, digital marketing is very necessary to increase sales from Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). This project aims to determine the impact of the use of social media on the market reach of Ratu Snack Box. The method used in this project is project management (applicative) by managing social media of Ratu Snack Box. The social media used in this project management are Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Keywords: Social Media, Project Management Seiring berkembangnya media sosial di era digital, pemasaran digital sangatlah diperlukan untuk meningkatkan penjualan dari Usaha, Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Project ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penggunaan media sosial terhadap jangkauan pasar Ratu Snack Box. Metode yang dilakukan dalam project ini adalah project management (aplikatif) dengan mengelola media sosial milik UMKM Ratu Snack Box. Media sosial yang digunakan dalam project management ini adalah Instagram, TikTok, dan Facebook. Kata Kunci: Media Sosial, Project Management.
