Abstract
This project aims to analyze the implementation of social media management on the development of the Micro, small, and medium enterprise Kripik Pisang Cau Gelis located in Meruya Selatan. With the rapid advancement of technology, social media has become a strategic tool for MSMEs to expand their market reach and strengthen brand image. Previously relying on traditional marketing methods, Cau Gelis was guided in the use of digital platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. The project involved content planning, creation of visual and video materials, use of interactive features, and collaborations with influencers. The results of this implementation showed increased brand awareness and sales, as evidenced by the growth in followers, user engagement, and business profits. Through structured and professional social media management, Cau Gelis successfully improved its visibility and marketing efficiency. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan penggunaan manajemen media sosial terhadap pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) Kripik Pisang Cau Gelis di Meruya Selatan. Seiring perkembangan teknologi, media sosial menjadi alat strategis dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM melalui perluasan jangkauan pasar dan penguatan brand image. UMKM Cau Gelis yang sebelumnya hanya mengandalkan pemasaran tradisional, didampingi dalam proses pengelolaan media sosial seperti Instagram dan TikTok. Proyect ini mencakup perencanaan konten, pembuatan konten visual dan video, pemanfaatan fitur interaktif, serta kerja sama dengan influencer. Hasil dari implementasi proyek ini menunjukkan peningkatan brand awareness dan penjualan, ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan pengikut, interaksi pengguna, dan laba usaha. Dengan pengelolaan media sosial yang terstruktur dan profesional, UMKM Cau Gelis berhasil meningkatkan visibilitas dan efisiensi dalam aktivitas pemasaran.
