Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of workload, motivation, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on work productivity. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Indonesia Global Prima Tehnik, with 50 employees as respondents. The approach used in this study is causal and quantitative. The sampling technique applied is Saturation Sampling. For data analysis, this study uses an alternative method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), namely Partial Least Squares (PLS) version 3.2.9, with statistical testing conducted through SmartPLS. The results of the study show that (1) Workload partially has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, (2) Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, and (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a negative and insignificant effect on work productivity at PT. Indonesia Global Prima Tehnik in Tangerang. Keywords: Work Productivity, Workload, Motivation, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, motivasi, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap produktivitas kerja. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Indonesia Global Prima Tehnik, dengan 50 karyawan sebagai responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat kausal dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan adalah Saturation Sampling (Sampel Jenuh). Untuk analisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.2.9, dengan pengujian statistik melalui SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Beban Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, (2) Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, dan (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja di PT. Indonesia Global Prima tehnik di Tangerang. Kata Kunci : Produktivitas Kerja, Beban Kerja, Motivasi, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)
