Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of (1) work environment on employee performance (2) to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance (3) to know the effect of work discipline on employee performance at CV. Mustika Teknik is a company engaged in the provision of air conditioning services and air conditioning related services This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling this study using nonprobability sampling method, namely the census method where all members of the population are sampled as many as 60 respondents. the analysis method used in this study is a component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model where the data processing uses the Partial Last Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.2.8 PLS program. Sample data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to CV. Mustika Teknik employees. The results showed that: (1) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance CV. Mustika Teknik. The results of the study give implications that Work Environment, Work Motivation, Work Discipline are things that must be considered to improve Employee Performance for the realization of organizational goals. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Mustika Teknik merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan jasa pendingin ruangan dan layanan terkait AC. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling yakni metode sensus yang dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model di mana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Last Square (Smart-PLS) Versi 3.2.8. Teknik pengumpulan data sampel dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada karyawan CV. Mustika Teknik. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa: (1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan ( 3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Mustika Teknik. Hasil penelitian memerikan implikasi bahwa Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja adalah hal yang harus diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan demi terwujudnya tujuan organisasi.
