Abstract
Currently, there are more and more other school paskibra accounts and this will certainly cause competition among fellow paskibra accounts showing who is more open in publishing their activities starting from their activities, events and followers. Carisma six and paskibrajbone, where the two accounts are paskibra accounts from SMAN 6 Jakarta and SMK JAKARTA BARAT 1.This study aims to find out the management of Instagram social media by Phoenix Paskibra as a publication media for the paskibra of SMK Jakarta 1. Concept (Social Media Circular Model) Share, Optimize, Manage, Engage. Publication as valuable information that aimsto attract attention to a certain place, person, or cause. Cyber Public Relations activities are carried out through Internet electronic media facilities. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method, a qualitative approach where the method is a method that describes, described, and explains what the occurrence of the object being studied is based on the situation and conditions when the research was carried out. As a result of the research, Share was carried out by sharing documentation of activities and promotions of visually relevant events. Optimize, managers pay attention to upload time, hashtag usage, and Instagram Insight features simply. Manage is still done manually by two people, but it has a fairly clear division of tasks. Engage is done by reposting, replying to comments and messages, although it is still reactive. Conclusion of the management of Instagram social media phoenix of paskibra as a publication medium, the Instagram account has implemented some aspects of The Circular Model of SoMe, although it is not fully optimal and structured. Suggestions for creating a content calendar, adding team members, taking advantage of Instagram's Insights feature and using better editing apps. Keywords: Social Media Management, Publications, Public Relations, Cyber Public Relations, Instagram Saat ini akun paskibra sekolah lain semakin banyak dan hal ini tentunya akan menimbulkan persaingan sesama akun paskibra menunjukan siapa yang lebih ungul dalam mempublikasi kegiatannya mulai dari koten, event dan pengikutnya. Carisma six dan paskibrajbone, yang dimana kedua akun tersebut adalah akun paskibra dari SMAN 6 Jakarta dan SMK JAKARTA BARAT 1.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan media sosial Instagram @paskibrasmkjktsatu sebagai media publikasi paskibra SMK Jakarta 1. Konsep (Model Sirkuler Media Sosial). Share, Optimize, Manage, Engage. Publikasi sebagai informasi bernilai yang bertujuan untuk menarik perhatian terhadap suatu tempat, orang, atau sebab tertentu. Cyber Public Relations kegiatan kehumasan yang dilakukan melalui sarana media elektronik Internet. Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, pendekatan kualitatif yang dimana metode tersebut merupakan suatu metode yang melukiskan, mendeskripsikan, serta memaparkan apa adanya kejadian objek yang diteliti berdasarkan situasi dan kondisi ketika penelitian itu dilakukan. Hasil penelitian, Share dilakukan dengan membagikan dokumentasi kegiatan dan promosi event yang relevan secara visual. Optimize, pengelola memperhatikan waktu unggah, penggunaan hashtag, serta fitur Insight Instagram secara sederhana. Manage masih dilakukan secara manual oleh dua orang, namun memiliki pembagian tugas yang cukup jelas. Engage dilakukan dengan merepost, membalas komentar dan pesan, meskipun masih bersifat reaktif. Simpulan pengelolaan media sosial Instagram phoenix of paskibra sebagai media publikasi, akun Instagram tersebut telah menerapkan sebagian aspek The Circular Model of SoMe, meskipun belum sepenuhnya optimal dan terstruktur. Saran membuat kalender konten, menambahkan anggota tim, memanfaatkan Fitur Insight Instagram dan menggunakan aplikasi editing yang lebih baik Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan Media Sosial, Publikasi, Public Relations , Cyber Public Relations, Instagram
