Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work environment, organizational culture, work stress on work engagement. The research design uses quantitative. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and a simple random sampling technique or random sample to 69 respondents. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SMARTPLS 4. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee work engagement, the work environment does not have a significant effect on work engagement, work stress has a significant effect on work engagement. Keywords: organizational culture, work environment, work stress, work engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, stres kerja terhadap keterikatan kerja. Desain penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling atau sampel acak kepada 69 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan SMARTPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja.
