Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Work Discipline and Compensation on Employee Performance with job satisfaction as mediation (Study at CV. Xcom Media EPSON GROUP). The population of this study was 63 The sample method uses the technique saturated sample. The number of samples is 63 This research is quantitative research with data collection methods using survey methods, with the research instrument being a questionnaire using an likert scale as a questionnaire research tool. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression which is processed with Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0. The results show that work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction is able to mediate work discipline on employee performance and job satisfaction is able to mediate compensation on employee performance. Keyword : Work Discipline, Compensation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi (Studi pada CV. Xcom Media EPSON GROUP). Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 63 Metode sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Jumlah sampel adalah 63 Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner menggunakan skala likert sebagai alat penelitian kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0. Hasil menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.
