Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Karya Giri Palma – Malang dimoderasi oleh Motivasi Kerja. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT. PT. Karya Giri Palma sejumlah 150 orang dan sampel yang digunakan 110 pegawai. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Data dianalisis menggunakan metode path analysis dengan pengujian hipotesis berdasarkan nilai t-statistik dan p-value. Menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sebaliknya, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Selain itu, motivasi kerja tidak memoderasi hubungan antara disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dan teoretis dengan merekomendasikan pengembangan program yang mengintegrasikan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja. This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Work Environment on Employee Performance PT Karya Giri Palma – Malang modereted by Work Motivation. The population of this study consists of all employees of PT Karya Giri Palma, totaling 150 individuals, and the sample used includes 110 employees. The data analysis used is the Structural Equation Model- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. This study highlights the importance of work discipline and work motivation in improving employee performance. Data were analyzed using the path analysis method with hypothesis testing based on tstatistic and p-value. The results indicate that work discipline and work motivation have a significant impact on employee performance. Conversely, leadership and work environment do not significantly affect employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation does not moderate the relationship between work discipline and leadership in influencing employee performance. This study provides practical and theoretical contributions by recommending the development of programs that integrate work discipline and work motivation.
