Abstract
This study aims to identify the influence of self-leadership, entrepreneurial motivation, and dynamic capabilities on the performance of MSMEs in Kelurahan Larangan Indah. The study employs a descriptive quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique, selecting only MSMEs that have been operating for at least two years. The respondents in this study consist of 46 MSME entrepreneurs. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the aid of SmartPLS software. The research findings indicate that self-leadership has a positive and significant impact on MSME performance, meaning that the better an entrepreneur's self-leadership, the higher their business performance. Entrepreneurial motivation also has a positive and significant influence on MSME performance, demonstrating that the higher an entrepreneur’s motivation, the better their business performance. However, dynamic capabilities do not have a significant effect on MSME performance, implying that flexibility in responding to market changes does not necessarily improve business performance without supporting factors. Based on these findings, it is recommended that MSME entrepreneurs in Kelurahan Larangan Indah maintain their self-leadership by attending business management training and practicing positive affirmations in their businesses. Additionally, entrepreneurs should enhance their entrepreneurial motivation, particularly in taking calculated risks and fostering innovation. Furthermore, dynamic capabilities need to be improved, especially in work stamina and time management, to enable entrepreneurs to better adapt to business environment changes. Keywords: Leadership, Entrepreneurial Motivation, Dynamic Capabilities, Entrepreneurial Performance, SmartPLS Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kepemimpinan diri, motivasi kewirausahaan, dan kemampuan dinamis terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kelurahan Larangan Indah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling, yaitu hanya memilih UMKM yang telah beroperasi minimal 2 tahun. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 46 pelaku UMKM. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan alat bantu SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM yang berarti semakin baik kepemimpinan diri seorang pelaku usaha, semakin tinggi pula kinerja bisnisnya. Motivasi kewirausahaan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi seorang wirausaha, semakin baik pula performa usahanya dan kemampuan dinamis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM yang berarti fleksibilitas dalam menghadapi perubahan pasar tidak serta-merta meningkatkan kinerja usaha tanpa adanya faktor pendukung lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan agar pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Larangan Indah mempertahankan kepemimpinan diri dengan mengikuti pelatihan manajemen usaha dan menerapkan afirmasi positif dalam bisnis. Selain itu, pelaku usaha juga perlu meningkatkan motivasi kewirausahaan, terutama dalam keberanian mengambil risiko dan mengembangkan inovasi. Adapun kemampuan dinamis perlu ditingkatkan, terutama dalam stamina kerja dan pengelolaan waktu, agar pelaku usaha lebih optimal dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan bisnis.
