Abstract
This study aims to examine the impact of workload, work stress, and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The population for this research consists of 60 employees from PT. X. The sampling method used is saturated sampling, with a total sample of 60 employees. Data collection was conducted through a survey using a questionnaire, which was applied with a Likert scale. This research is quantitative in nature, and data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that workload has a negative and significant effect on OCB, work stress also has a negative and significant effect on OCB, while organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak beban kerja, stres kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Subjek dalam studi ini adalah karyawan PT. X, yang terdiri dari 60 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, dengan total sampel sebanyak 60 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner, yang diterapkan dengan skala Likert. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui software SmartPLS 4. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berdampak negatif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, stres kerja juga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, sementara komitmen organisasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
