Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and loyalty on employee performance. In this study, the independent variables consist of work motivation, work discipline, and work loyalty, while the dependent variable analyzed is employee performance. The study was conducted at the Legal Bureau of the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment of the Republic of Indonesia located in South Jakarta. The population that is the object of this study is 53 employees working at the Legal Bureau, and the sample used is a saturated sample. This research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires. The data analysis technique applied is the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method, which is carried out using SmartPLS software version 4. 0. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, work discipline is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as well as loyalty which shows a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Loyalty, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan loyalitas terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel independen terdiri dari motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan loyalitas kerja, sementara variabel dependen yang dianalisis adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Biro Hukum Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Kemaritiman dan Investasi Republik Indonesia yang berlokasi di Jakarta Selatan. Populasi yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah 53 pegawai yang bekerja di Biro Hukum, dan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan adalah metode Partial Least Squares (PLS), yang dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4. 0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, disiplin kerja juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, begitu pula loyalitas yang menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
