Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of work of life balance, compensation and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of PT. Zenith Allmart Precisindo. The subject of this research are all employees who work at PT. Zenith Allmart Precisindo. The population in this study were 55 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population with a total of 55 employees of PT. Zenith Allmart Precisindo. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of work of life balance have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, compensation have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of PT. Zenith Allmart Precisindo. Keywords: Work of Life Balance, Compensation, Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh work of life balance, kompensasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi PT. Zenith Allmart Precisindo. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Zenith Allmart Precisindo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi dengan jumlah 55 karyawan PT. Zenith Allmart Precisindo. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel work of life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT.
