Abstract
This study aims to determine how organizational culture, work discipline, work environment on employees performance at operational and business division in PT Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk Branch Jakarta S Parman. The population in this study were 50 employees. The sampel used is 20 employees. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that organizational culture has no significant effect on employees performance. Work discipline has no significant effect on employees performance. Work environment has a positive and significant impact on employees performance. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada bagian operasional dan bisnis PT Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk Cabang Jakarta S Parman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 orang karyawan. Sample yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 20 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
