Abstract
Work motivation in a company is very important to support the achievement of a company's goals. However, according to data for 2020-2022, work motivation at PT SPE has decreased. After conducting a survey and reviewing several literacies, this was due to the implementation of PT SPE training which was not evenly distributed to all employees, employee engagement which was not good between employees and employees, as well as between employees and superiors, and also inadequate employee competence in carrying out their work. In analyzing existing phenomena, the data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The population in this study were 92 employees of PT SPE. The sample used was 92 employees. The sampling method uses a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method uses SmartPLS V3.0. This research proves that training has a positive effect on work motivation. Employee Engagement has a positive effect on work motivation. Competency has a positive effect on work motivation. Keywords: Training, Competency, Employee Engagement, Work Motivation Motivasi kerja di dalam sebuah perusahaan sangatlah penting untuk mendukung tercapainya tujuan suatu perusahaan. Akan tetapi menurut data tahun 2020-2022, motivasi kerja di PT SPE mengalami penurunan. Setelah dilakukan survey dan mengkaji beberapa literasi, hal ini disebabkan karena pelaksanaan pelatihan PT SPE yang kurang merata ke seluruh karyawan, employee engagement yang kurang baik antara karyawan dengan karyawan, maupun antara karyawan dengan atasan, dan juga kompetensi karyawan yang kurang memadai dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Dalam menganalisis fenomena yang ada, maka metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan via Google Form. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 92 karyawan PT SPE. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 92 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS V3.0. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja. Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Kompetensi, Employee Engagement, Motivasi Kerja
