Abstract
Inflation rates and economic pressures in 2022-2023 impact consumer purchasing power and input costs for the Company. Food prices are increasing which has an impact on consumers and producers. This study aims to analyze the effect of Current ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Asset on Price to Book Value in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2021-2023. The sample used 16 companies in the food and beverage sector from 2021 to 2023. This study uses quantitative research using research methods, namely the panel data regression analysis method using the help of the SPSS application which is used to determine each significant level between the dependent and independent variables. The population in this study were 48 companies and the samples used were 16 companies. Based on the test results that have been carried out, it can be said that (1) Current Ratio does not have a significant effect on Price to Book Value. (2) Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant influence on Price to Book Value. (3) Return On Asset has a significant influence on Price to Book Value. Tingkat Inflasi dan tekanan ekonomi pada tahun 2022-2023 berdampak pada daya beli konsumen dan biaya input bagi Perusahaan. Harga pangan meningkat yang berdampak pada konsumen dan produsen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilisis pengaruh Current ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return On Asset terhadap Price to Book Value pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2021-2023. Sampel yang digunakan 16 perusahaan pada sektor makanan dan minuman pada tahun 2021 sampai tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu metode analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS yang digunakan untuk mengetahui masing-masing tingkat signifikan antara variabel dependen dengan independen. Populasi yang ada didalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 perusahaan dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 16 perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil uji yang telah dilakukan dapat dikatakan bahwa (1) Current Ratio tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value. (2) Debt to Equity Ratio memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value. (3) Return On Asset memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value. Kata Kunci: Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Price to Book Value, Makanan dan Minuman.
