Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid technological development, the main challenge is to achieve sustainable economic growth without harming the environment. Industry, as a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions, plays a crucial role in global cooperation to achieve the SDGs. The purpose of this article is to investigate and analyze the influence of Green Human Resources Management and Employee Engagement on Corporate Sustainability mediated by Green Innovation at PT GHP. The sample for this study consists of 56 respondents using a nonprobability sampling technique. The research method used is quantitative with Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) 3.2.9. Based on the analysis results, the study found that: Green Human Resources Management has a positive and significant effect on Corporate Sustainability; Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Corporate Sustainability; Green Human Resources Management has a positive and significant effect on Green Innovation; Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Green Innovation; Green Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Corporate Sustainability; Green Human Resources Management has a positive and significant effect on Corporate Sustainability through Green Innovation; Employee Engagement has a positive but not significant effect on Corporate Sustainability through Green Innovation. Keywords: Green Human Resource Management, Employee Engagement, Green Innovation, Corporate Sustainability Dalam era globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi, tantangan utama adalah mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan tanpa merusak lingkungan. Industri, sebagai penyumbang utama emisi gas rumah kaca, berperan penting dalam kerjasama global untuk mencapai SDG’s. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk meneliti dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel Green Human Resources Management dan Employee Engagement terhadap Corporate Sustainability yang dimedasi oleh Green Innovation pada PT GHP. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 56 responden dengan menggunakan teknik non-probalility sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan Structural Equation ModelPartial Least Square (SEM-PLS) 3.2.9. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil: Green Human Resources Management berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Corporate Sustainability; Employee Engagement berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Corporate Sustainability; Green Human Resources Management berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Innovation; Employee Engagement berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Innovation; Green Innovation berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Corporate Sustainability; Green Human Resources Management berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Corporate Sustainability melalui Green Innovation; Employee Engagement berpengaruh secara positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Corporate Sustainability melalui Green Innovation.
