Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of burnout and workload on employee performance at PT. X. A quantitative approach was employed in this research. The sample consisted of 66 employees, selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. Measurement tools included 20 items for burnout, 20 items for workload, and 17 items for employee performance. The analysis methods applied in this study included validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results revealed that burnout does not significantly affect employee performance, workload has a negative and significant impact on employee performance, and both burnout and workload simultaneously exert a significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Burnout, Workload, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh burnout dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. X. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 66 orang karyawan dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, mengisi kuesioner, dan literatur. Pengumpulan data dengan bantuan alat ukur burnout 20 item pernyataan, beban kerja 20 item pernyataan, dan kinerja karyawan 17 item pernyataan. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pada penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa burnout tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta burnout dan beban kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
