Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Green Attitude dan Transformational Leadership terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Environment (OCBE) dengan Organizational Commitment sebagai variabel Mediasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Eka Bogainti (HokBen) yang berlokasi di Jakarta, dengan sampel sebanyak 223 orang pekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang mana analisisnya menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS. Dari hasil analisis tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan Green Attitude berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Environment pada karyawan, Green Attitude berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Commitment pada karyawan, Organizational Commitment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Environment pada karyawan, Transformational Leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Environment pada karyawan, Transformational Leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Commitment pada karyawan, Organizational Commitment mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Green Attitude terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Environment, Organizational Commitment mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Transformational Leadership terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Environment pada karyawan.
