Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green training and green compensation and rewards on employee performance through employee engagement in a paint manufacturing company in Tangerang. This research employs a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was probability sampling, with a sample size of 130 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0 software. The results indicate that green training and green compensation and rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. However, green training and green compensation and rewards do not have a significant direct impact on employee performance. Employee engagement is proven to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance and fully mediated the relationship between green training and employee performance, as well as between green compensation and rewards and employee performance. These results emphasizesthe importance of enhancing employee engagement to ensure that green training and green compensation and rewards have an optimal impact on employee performance. Keywords: Green Human Resource Management, Green Training, Green Compensation and Rewards, Employee Engagement, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green training dan green compensation and rewards terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui employee engagement pada perusahaan manufaktur cat di Tangerang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel 130 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green training dan green compensation and rewards berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Namun, green training dan green compensation and rewards tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Employee engagement terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan mampu memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara green training dan kinerja karyawan, serta antara green compensation and rewards dan kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya meningkatkan employee engagement supaya green training dan green compensation and rewards dapat berdampak optimal pada kinerja karyawan.
