Abstract

Infrastructure development has a strategic role in supporting economic growth while improving the quality of life of the community. One of the main obstacles that often causes delays in construction projects is the decline in labor productivity, resulting in less-thanoptimal work results. In this project, there are indications of a decrease in labor productivity. This study aims to identify factors influencing the decline in labor productivity and determine the most dominant variables influencing this condition. The data used include primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to experts and respondents, as well as direct interviews in the field. Meanwhile, secondary data is in the form of references from SNI, scientific journals, and related books. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS software and LUR calculations. The results of the study show that ten factors influence productivity, there were four dominant variables that had the greatest influence on labor productivity: the Direct Worker Versus Subcontractor variable, with a t-value of 6.704; the Overtime Work variable, with a t-value of 3,320; the Work Experience variable, with a t-value of 3.284; and the Labor Density variable, with a t-value of 2.336. The level of labor productivity in the implementation of the Senkom Building construction project can be measured through the average LUR value which reached 77.91%. This indicates that labor productivity on the project is quite high. Keywords: Productivity, Delay, SPSS, LUR (Labor Utilization Rate) Pembangunan infrastruktur memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Salah satu kendala utama yang sering menyebabkan keterlambatan proyek konstruksi adalah menurunnya produktivitas tenaga kerja, sehingga mengakibatkan hasil pekerjaan yang kurang optimal. Dalam proyek ini, terdapat indikasi adanya penurunan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penurunan produktivitas tenaga kerja serta menentukan variabel yang paling dominan dalam memengaruhi kondisi tersebut. Data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pakar dan responden, serta wawancara langsung di lapangan. Sementara itu, data sekunder berupa referensi dari SNI, jurnal ilmiah, dan buku-buku terkait. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS dengan metode perhitungan LUR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sepuluh faktor yang memengaruhi produktivitas, yang telah divalidasi oleh para ahli. Di antara faktor-faktor tersebut, terdapat empat variabel dominan yang memberikan pengaruh terbesar terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja, yaitu: variabel Pekerja Langsung Versus Subkontraktor dengan nilai t hitung 6,704, variabel Kerja Lembur dengan nilai t hitung 3.320, variabel Pengalaman Kerja dengan nilai t hitung 3,284 dan variabel Kepadatan Tenaga Kerja dengan nilai t hitung 2,336. Tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja dalam pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan Gedung Senkom dapat diukur melalui rata-rata nilai LUR yang mencapai 77,91%. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa produktivitas tenaga kerja pada proyek tersebut tergolong cukup tinggi. Kata Kunci: Produktivitas, Keterlambatan, SPSS, LUR (Labor Utilitation Rate)
