Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of competence, training, and selection system on job placement at PT. Telkom Access West Jakarta. The respondents of the study were 77 permanent employees with the Quantitative research method. Data was collected using a questionnaire with data processing using SPSS 26. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study show that the results of the study show that competency variables, training, and selection systems have an effect on job placement. Partial variables of competencies have a positive and significant effect on job placement. Partially, variable training has a positive and significant effect on job placement. And in a partial variable the selection system has a positive and significant effect on job placement. This is evidenced by the results of the simultaneous test (F test) and the results of the partial test (t test) which show the results mentioned from three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results of this study state that there is a simultaneous and partial positive influence between competency variables, training, and selection systems on job placement at PT. Telkom Access West Jakarta. Keywords: Competence, Training, Selection System, Work Placement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kompetensi, training, dan sistem seleksi terhadap penempatan kerja pada PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Barat. Responden penelitian 77 orang karyawan tetap dengan metode penelitian Kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 26. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara silmultan hasil penelitian menunjukan variable kompetensi, training, dan sistem seleksi berpengaruh terhadap penempatan kerja. Secara partial variable kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penempatan kerja. Secara partial variable training berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penempatan kerja. Serta secara partial variable sistem seleksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penempatan kerja. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) yang menunjukan hasil yang disebutkan tersebut dari tiga variable bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif secara simultan dan secara partial antara variable kompetensi, training, dan sistem seleksi terhadap penempatan kerja pada PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Barat. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Training, Sistem Seleksi, Penempatan Kerja.
