Abstract

The workforce is an integral part of a conclusion of other factors. Therefore, the company emphasizes more on the development of human resources to be qualified to understand and operate the increasingly global digital era now, therefore very tight competition is also applied in companies that are weighty. The population in this study were employees who work at PT. Pelita air service especially in the maintenance division which has 60 employees. Because the sample in this study was only 60 employees, the author used a saturated sample. The technique used in the data collection method for this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model where in the data processing using the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 PLS program. the results of the study showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keyword: Employee Performance, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Work Environment Tenaga kerja merupakan bagian yang integral dari suatu kesimpulan faktor-faktor lainnya. Oleh karena itu perusahaan lebih menekankan kepada pengembangan sumber daya manusia agar berkualitas untuk memahami dan mengoperasikan era digital yang semakin mendunia sekarang, oleh karena itu persaingan yang sangat ketat juga di terapkan di perusahaan yang berbobot. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Pelita air service terkhusus di divisi maintenance yang memiliki jumlah karyawan sebanyak 60 orang. Dikarenakan sampel dalam penelitian ini hanya ada 60 karyawan, penulis menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik yang digunakan dalam metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0 PLS. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja
