Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, competency and motivation on employee performance at PT. Lubrindo Harapan Lubricants. Respondents in this research were employees of PT. Lubrindo Harapan Lubricants. The population and sample in this research were 40 employees of PT. Lubrindo Harapan Lubricants, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The data analysis method used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique using SmartPLS 3.2.9 statistical software with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lubrindo Harapan Lubricants. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lubrindo Harapan Lubricants. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lubrindo Harapan Lubricants. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Competency, Motivation and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Lubrindo Harapan Pelumas. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Lubrindo Harapan Pelumas. Populasi dan sempel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan PT. Lubrindo Harapan Pelumas, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistik SmartPLS 3.2.9 dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Lubrindo Harapan Pelumas. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Lubrindo Harapan Pelumas. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.
