Abstract

The design of the Graphic Standard Manual (GSM) for Mediargaevent aims to create a professional and consistent visual guideline to strengthen the company's brand identity. Mediargaevent, as an event organizer based in Tangerang, faces challenges in maintaining the uniformity of visual elements across various communication media. This GSM is designed to address these issues by regulating elements such as logos, colors, typography, and supergraphics. The design process employs methods including research, concept development, visual element design, media application simulation, and evaluation. The final result is a GSM book with a modern and minimalist design concept in accordance with the design desired by Mediargaevent. This manual also provides technical guidelines and examples of visual identity applications across various media to ensure brand consistency. The design testing results show that the GSM was well-received by the target audience, particularly in terms of its clarity and visual strength. With this GSM, Mediargaevent is expected to enhance its professional brand image, build client trust, and increase competitiveness in the highly competitive event organizer industry. Keywords: Graphic Standard Manual, visual identity, branding, event organizer, Mediargaevent Perancangan Buku Graphic Standard Manual (GSM) untuk Mediargaevent bertujuan untuk menciptakan panduan visual yang profesional dan konsisten guna memperkuat identitas merek perusahaan. Mediargaevent, sebagai penyedia jasa event organizer di Tangerang, menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga keseragaman elemen visual pada berbagai media komunikasi. Buku GSM ini dirancang untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan mengatur elemen-elemen seperti logo, warna, tipografi, dan supergraphic. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini melibatkan riset, pengembangan konsep, desain elemen visual, simulasi aplikasi media, serta evaluasi. Hasil akhirnya adalah buku GSM dengan konsep desain modern dan minimalis yang sesuai dengan desain yang diinginkan oleh pihak Mediargaevent. Buku ini juga memuat panduan teknis dan contoh penerapan identitas visual di berbagai media untuk memastikan konsistensi merek. Hasil uji karya menunjukkan bahwa Buku GSM ini berhasil diterima dengan baik oleh target audiens, terutama dari segi kemudahan pemahaman dan kekuatan desain visualnya. Dengan adanya buku ini, Mediargaevent diharapkan mampu meningkatkan citra merek yang profesional, memperkuat kepercayaan klien, serta meningkatkan daya saing di industri event organizer yang kompetitif.
