Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervisor leadership competence on the performance of outsourcing recruiters at PT. X. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey design and total sampling technique, with a sample of 60 recruiters. Data collection is conducted through a questionnaire containing statements about leadership competence and recruiter performance. Data analysis is performed inferentially using simple linear regression to test the hypothesis. Based on the analysis results, it was found that supervisor leadership competence significantly affects recruiter performance. This indicates that supervisors with good leadership competence can improve the performance of outsourcing recruiters at PT. X. This study is expected to contribute to the development of human resource management strategies to enhance performance through the development of supervisor leadership competence Keywords: Competency, Leadership, Supervisor, Recruiter, Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kepemimpinan supervisor terhadap kinerja rekruter outsourcing di PT. X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain survei dan teknik sampling jenuh, dengan sampel sebanyak 60 rekruter. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan mengenai kompetensi kepemimpinan dan kinerja rekruter. Analisis data dilakukan secara inferensial dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana untuk menguji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa kompetensi kepemimpinan supervisor memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja rekruter. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa supervisor dengan kompetensi kepemimpinan yang baik dapat meningkatkan kinerja rekruter outsourcing di PT. X. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja melalui pengembangan kompetensi kepemimpinan supervisor.
