Abstract
Quality human resources in the company have good psychology. Employee performance has a very significant role in a company. The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of human resource development and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT XYZ. This research uses quantitative methods in data collection and analysis. The population in this research is all employees of PT XYZ, totaling 700 employees. The sample was determined using the purposive sampling method with the G Power formula. As a result, the minimum sample required was 119 respondents who were employees of PT XYZ.
