Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of workload, compensation and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT XYZ. The population in this study were permanent employees of PT XYZ with a sample of 48 respondents using a sampling method using saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this research is Smart PLS Version 3.2.8. The results of the research obtained show that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords : Workload, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Turnover intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT XYZ. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan kontrak PT XYZ dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 48 responden dengan metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Smart PLS Versi 3.2.8. Hasil dari penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap turnover intention, kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan siginifikan terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan siginifikan terhadap turnover intention.
