Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of job stress, motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance at Revival TV Company using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis technique and data processing with Partial Least Square (PLS). The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Employing a quantitative descriptive approach, questionnaires were distributed to Revival TV Company employees to gather the necessary data. The analysis results indicate a significant relationship between job stress and employee performance, with high job stress having a negatively influece and significant impact on employee performance, where high job stress tends to decrease employee performance. Additionally, motivation has also been found to positively influence employee performance, with high levels of motivation leading to increased employee performance. Organizational culture was also found to have a significant influence on employee performance, with a supportive culture tending to enhance their performance. The practical implications of this research underscore the importance of managing job stress, motivation, and positive organizational culture in enhancing employee performance at Revival TV Company. The company can utilize these findings to develop strategy. Keywords: Job Stress, Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh stres kerja, motivasi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perusahaan Revival TV menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, kuesioner disebarkan kepada karyawan Perusahaan Revival TV untuk mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara stres kerja dan kinerja karyawan, bahwa stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dimana stres kerja yang tinggi cenderung mengurangi kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, motivasi juga terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, di mana tingkat motivasi yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan budaya yang mendukung karyawan cenderung meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya manajemen stres kerja, motivasi, dan budaya organisasi yang positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di Perusahaan Revival TV. Perusahaan dapat menggunakan temuan ini untuk mengembangkan strategi. Kata Kunci: Stress Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan
