Abstract
This study is to analyze the effect of workload and work environment on the turnover intention of Bhakti Asih Ciledug Hospital. The object of this research is the inpatient at Bhakti Asih Ciledug Hospital. This research was conducted on 42 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population. Methods of data collection using a survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is the partial least square (Smart-PLS). This study proves that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Workload, Work Environment, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention di RS Bhakti Asih Ciledug. Objek penelitian ini adalah Perawat Rawat Inap RS Bhakti Asih Ciledug. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 42 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan partial least square (PLS). penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Turnover Intention
