Abstract
This research was conducted to evaluate the influence of service quality, quality control and leadership on the productivity of surety bond issuance management services using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square at PT. Anuindo Perkoso's son. This research is research that uses quantitative methods. The population in this study includes all Partners at PT. Putra Anuindo Perkoso numbered approximately 83 customers, with the sampling technique used, namely a saturated sample which took the entire population of 83 respondents. The results of this research show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on productivity, quality control has a positive and significant effect on productivity, and leadership has a positive and significant effect on productivity. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan evaluasi Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Quality Control Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Produktivitas Jasa Pengurusan Penerbitan Surety Bond Menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square Di PT. Putra Anuindo Perkoso. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh Mitra di PT. Putra Anuindo Perkoso berjumlah kurang lebih 83 Nasabah, dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakaan yaitu sampel jenuh yang mana mengambil seluruh jumlah populasi sebanyak 83 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas, Quality control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas, dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas.
