Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, organizational culture, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on job satisfaction. The research location is PT Rekso Nasional Food McDonald's Kebon Jeruk. The population in this study were 60 employees of PT Rekso Nasional Food McDonald's Kebon Jeruk. The sample is based on the use of the entire population, namely the Saturated sample. Methods of data collection using questionnaire data. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square. The results of the study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior ( OCB ) terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Lokasi penelitian pada PT Rekso Nasional Food McDonald’s Kebon Jeruk. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 60 karyawan PT Rekso Nasional Food McDonald’s Kebon Jeruk . Sampel berdasarkan penggunaan seluruh populasi yaitu sampel Jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Sehingga hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan kerja, organizational citizenship behaviour (ocb) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan kerja.
