Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study were 50 employees of Java Natural Craft Bantul. The sample used in this study used saturated sampling. Where all members of the population are sampled. So the sample in this study were 50 employees of Java Natural Craft Bantul. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses SPSS (Statistics for Products and Services Solution Release 21). This study proves that partially the work environment has no effect and is not significant on employee performance.. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of Java Natural Craft Bantul employees. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan Java Natural Craft Bantul. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Jadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan Java Natural Craft Bantul. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS (Stastistic for Products and Services Solution Release 21). Penelitian ini membutikan bahwa secara parsial lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial motivasi kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Java Natural Craft Bantul.
