Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture as intervening variables on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The population in this study were 68 employees of PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen KC Bengkulu. Determination of the sample using the saturated (census) sample method, which means all of PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen KC Bengkulu employees being as the responden. Data collection techniques were carried out using survey methods, questionnaires were distributed as research instruments. This study using path analysis as data analysis method that tested through Smart PLS software version 3.0 with a significance level of p<0.05. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB); work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB); organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Organizational culture does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) nor the effect of work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 68 karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen KC Bengkulu. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh, yang berarti seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen KC Bengkulu merupakan responden dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan menyebarkan kuisioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur yang diuji melalui software Smart PLS versi 3.0 dengan tingkat signifikansi p<0.05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB); motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB); budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB). Budaya organisasi tidak memediasi pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) maupun pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB).
