Abstract
The purpose of this reseach are to analyze of compensation, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The population that is used as the object of the research is 40 field employees of PT. Triguna Control Solutions. The sample used in this study amounted to 300 employees. The research sample for a population of 40 respondents. The Sampling method using Accidental Sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses SPSS version 25. This study proves that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Discipline, Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi yang dijadikan objek dalam penelitian yaitu 75 karyawan lapangan PT. Triguna Solusi Control. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah berjumlah 300 karyawan. Sampel penelitian untuk populasi 75 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Disiplin berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci :Kompensasi, Motivasi, Disiplin, Kinerja
