Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, ,Work Stress, and Employee Performance. The population in this study were 57 employees of PT. Padma Raharja Sentosa. The sample used is 100% of the total population of employees who work at PT. Padma Raharja Sentosa, namely 57 respondents. The sampling method uses Saturation Sampling. This research is a type of causal associative research. This research instrument uses the SPSS version 25 and Smart PLS version 4.0 application. The results of this research prove that Work Environment has a positive and significant effect Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Work Stress has a positive effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, ,Work Stress, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 57 karyawan PT. Padma Raharja Sentosa. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah 100% dari total populasi karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Padma Raharja Sentosa yaitu sebanyak 57 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Saturation Sampling (Sampel Jenuh). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Instrumen penelitian ini dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 25 dan Smart PLS versi 4.0. hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan.
