Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge sharing and employee engagement on job satisfaction and employee performance at Narma Toserba Narogong Bogor. The population in this study amounted to 97 respondents. The sampling method was a saturated sample (census), so that the sample in this study was the same, namely 97 respondents. The method used is the causal associative method. Keywords : Knowledge Sharing, Employeee Engagement, Job Satisfaction, Employee performance Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh knowledge sharing dan employee engagement terhadap kepuasan kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan di Narma Toserba Narogong Bogor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 97 responden. Metode penentuan sampel dengan sampel jenuh (sensus), sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sama yaitu 97 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif kausal. Kata Kunci : Berbagi Pengetahuan, Keterlibatan Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
