Abstract
This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of employees of PT.Young Industry Indonesia. The population in this study were 235 employees of PT. Young Industry Indonesia. The sample used is as many as 70 employees of PT.Young Industry Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis test, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, f statistic test, t statistic test, with the help of SPSS computer program. The results of this test prove that work stress, work environment, and employee motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords:Keywords: Work Stress, Work Environment, Work Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT.Young Industry Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 235 karyawan PT.Young Industry Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 70 karyawan PT.Young Industry Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji statistik f, uji statistik t, dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS. Hasil pengujian ini membuktikan bahwa Stres Kerja, Lingkungan kerja, dan Motivasi Karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
