Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work environment and work motivation on turnover intention. This research involves all permanent employees of PT. Bharaduta Jaya Sakti. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population of 85 people. This research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) data analysis techniques with Smart-PLS analysis tools. The results of this study state that workload variables have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, work environment variables have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and work motivation variables adversely and significantly affect turnover intention at PT. Bharaduta Jaya Sakti. Keywords: Workload, Work Environment, Work Motivation, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini yaitu melibatkan seluruh karyawan tetap PT. Bharaduta Jaya Sakti. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi sebanyak 85 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Bharaduta Jaya Sakti. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Turnover Intention.
