Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived trust on the interest of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in using the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) payment method among MSMEs operating in West Jakarta. The research subjects consist of MSME owners in the area. The method used is causal study analysis with a quantitative approach. This research is based on two main theories, namely the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The type of data used is primary data, collected through questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) software with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived trust have a significant influence on MSMEs' interest in using the QRIS payment method. However, the study has limitations, such as the lack of specific data on the type of business of the respondents, limited variables used, and a small sample size, which may limit the depth of the analysis and the generalization of the findings. To improve the results of this study, several suggestions can be considered: from a practical perspective, MSMEs need to enhance their understanding through education, banks should focus on features, security, and promoting QRIS, and policymakers need to strengthen security regulations and data protection in accordance with the ITE Law and Bank Indonesia regulations. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi kepercayaan terhadap minat UMKM dalam pengunaan metode pembayaran Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang beroperasi di Jakarta Barat. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari pemilik UMKM di wilayah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis studi kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini berlandaskan pada dua teori utama, yaitu Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Jenis data yang di gunakan adalah data primer dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang di sebarkan langsung kepada responden, dan analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi kepercayaan, memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat UMKM dalam penggunaan metode pembayaran Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) pada UMKM. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan, seperti tidak adanya data spesifik mengenai jenis usaha responden, terbatasnya variabel yang digunakan, dan ukuran sampel yang kecil, yang dapat membatasi kedalaman analisis dan generalisasi temuan. Untuk meningkatkan hasil penelitian ini, beberapa saran dapat di pertimbangkan, dari sisi praktis, UMKM perlu meningkatkan pemahaman melalui edukasi, perbankan harus fokus pada fitur, keamanan, dan promosi QRIS, serta pembuat kebijakan perlu memperkuat regulasi keamanan dan perlindungan data sesuai dengan UU ITE dan regulasi Bank Indonesia.
